Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of aesthetic plastic surgery in emergency children with facial trauma. Methods A total of 66 children with facial trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into conventional group and experimental group by random number table method, with 33 children in each group. The conventional group was treated with traditional suture technique, and the experimental group was treated with aesthetic plastic surgery technique. The suture time, wound healing time, treatment cost and scar condition were compared between the two groups. Results The operation suture time of the experimental group was longer than that of the conventional group, the treatment cost was higher than that of the conventional group, and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). The scores and total scores of VSS in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The e?ect of aesthetic plastic surgery in the treatment of emergency children with facial trauma is good, although the suture time is longer and the cost is higher than that of traditional suture technology, it can e?ectively shorten the wound healing time of children, which is conducive to reducing scars and promoting recovery.
