Abstract:Objective To analyze the hypertrophic scar formation and in?uencing factors after abdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022, 60 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the postoperative hypertrophic scar formation, the patients were divided into hypertrophic scar group (n=30) and non-hypertrophic scar group (n=30). The postoperative conditions of the two groups were compared, and the factors of postoperative hypertrophic scar formation were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. Results The incidence of postoperative infection, cosmetic repair rate and pigmentation in the hypertrophic scar group were higher than those in the non-hypertrophic scar group (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that pregnancy, incision type, endocrine disease and scar constitution were the in?uencing factors of hypertrophic scar formation after abdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology (P<0.05). Conclusion There are many factors leading to hypertrophic scar formation in patients undergoing abdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology department. It is necessary to actively take targeted prevention and control measures according to the patient's own situation and combined with its clinical manifestations.
