Abstract:Objective To analyze the application e?ect of systematic oral nursing model in the intervention of gingival cancer caused by dental aesthetic plastic surgery. Methods A total of 32 patients with gingival cancer admitted to the Afliated Hospital of Tangshan Vocational and Technical College from January 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 16 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing method, and the intervention group was treated with systematic oral nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing measures. The treatment compliance, nursing quality and health cognition status of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance of the intervention group was 93.75%, which was higher than 81.25% of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The scores of plan, details, attitude and management in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, and the di?erences were statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The scores of healthy diet, standardized medication, healthy work and rest, and regular followup in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, and the di?erences were statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic oral nursing mode can further optimize the nursing e?ect of oral plastic diseases and improve the health cognition and compliance.
