Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of skin pressure ulcer prevention nursing in interventional therapy. Methods A total of 168 patients who underwent interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to di?erent nursing methods, they were divided into conventional group and intervention group, with 84 patients in each group. The conventional group received conventional nursing, and the intervention group received skin pressure ulcer prevention nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The risk degree of skin pressure ulcer, the occurrence of pressure ulcer, the severity of pressure ulcer, the quality of nursing and the overall health status were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the Braden score of the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group, and the STT score was lower than that of the routine group (P<0.05). The total incidence of skin pressure sores in the intervention group was 4.76%, which was lower than 19.05% in the conventional group (P<0.05). The severity of skin pressure sores in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). The accuracy of risk assessment, the completion rate of risk control measures and the implementation rate of project handover in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). After nursing, the HADS, VAS and PSQI score of the intervention group were lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of skin pressure ulcer prevention nursing in interventional therapy is e?ective, which can reduce the risk of skin pressure ulcer to a certain extent, reduce the incidence of skin pressure ulcer, reduce the severity of skin pressure ulcer, improve the quality of nursing, and e?ectively improve the overall health of patients.
