Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nursing behavior perception on negative emotion and wound aesthetics of parturients undergoing emergency cesarean section. Methods A total of 110 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from April to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method with 55 patients in each graup. The control group was given basic nursing, and the observation group was given nursing behavior perception on the basis of the control group. The negative emotions, cesarean section incision aesthetics and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of cesarean section incision in the observation group was 94.55%, which was higher than 69.09% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of self-concept, self management ability, health cognition and self-management consciousness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing behavior perception can improve the negative emotions of parturients who underwent cesarean section, improve their perioperative self-care ability, and the postoperative wound aesthetics of cesarean section is better.
