Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with humanized nursing in female patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods A total of 66 female patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Weihai Municipal Hospital from August 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with humanized nursing. The psychological status, sleep status, pain status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The AIS and VAS score of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.97%, which was higher than 75.76% of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with humanized nursing can e?ectively improve the psychological state and sleep quality of female patients with postherpetic neuralgia, reduce their pain degree and improve nursing satisfaction.
