Objective To explore the application e?ect of comprehensive perioperative nursing in patients with dental implantation surgery in plateau area. Methods A total of 100 patients with dental implantation surgery in plateau area admitted to Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, while the study group was given comprehensive perioperative nursing. The success rate of operation, improvement of psychological state, occurrence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of HAMD and HAMA in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, and the di?erences were statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The success rate of surgery in the study group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% in the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 2.00%, which was lower than 14.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The patient satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%, which was higher than 78.00% of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing can e?ectively improve the psychological state of patients with dental implantation surgery, improve the success rate of surgery and patient satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of adverse events, with higher application value in patients with dental implantation surgery in plateau area.
