Abstract:Objective To explore the application e?ect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with urticaria. Methods A total of 38 children with urticaria admitted to the First People's Hospital of Guangyuan from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 19 children in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effect, itching and redness disappearance time, nursing satisfaction and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total e?ective rate of nursing in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 78.95% in the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of itching and swelling in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 73.68% of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.26%, which was lower than 31.58% of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is e?ective in the treatment of children with urticaria, which can improve the clinical symptoms, promote rehabilitation, reduce recurrence, and further improve the satisfaction of children's families.
