Abstract:Objective To explore the application e?ect of psychological nursing based on the concept of behavior induction in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 100 patients with malocclusion admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into reference group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing guided by the concept of behavior induction. The cooperation degree, the occurrence of dental fear and negative emotions were compared between the two groups. Results The cooperation degree of the observation group was 88.00%, which was higher than 70.00% of the reference group, the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The incidence of dental fear in the observation group was 18.00%, which was lower than 40.00% in the reference group, the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The scores of HAD-A and HAD-D in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group, the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing based on the concept of behavior induction in orthodontic treatment is e?ective, which can e?ectively improve the patient's cooperation, help to reduce the incidence of dental fear, improve the patient's negative emotions, and has positive signifcance for improving the treatment e?ect.
