Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of psychological intervention in the nursing of burn patients. Methods A total of 92 burn patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The post-traumatic growth level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of new possibility, interpersonal relationship, personal ability, enjoyment of life, mental change and total score of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of psychological intervention in the nursing of burn patients is accurate, which can improve the post-traumatic growth level of patients and improve their quality of life.
