Abstract:Objective To explore the application e?ect of narrative nursing intervention in patients undergoing aesthetic plastic surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent aesthetic plastic surgery in our hospital from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given narrative nursing intervention. The emotional status, Self-efcacy and coping style, satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The BIRS score and K10 score of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The GSES score and SCSQ positive coping score of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SCSQ negative coping score of the two groups after intervention was lower than those before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of narrative nursing intervention in patients undergoing aesthetic plastic surgery is e?ective, which can e?ectively improve the emotional status, regulate expectations and self-efcacy, and improve the satisfaction of patients with surgery.
