Abstract:To investigate the effect of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rh-bFGF) combined with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of acne scars. Methods A total of 80 patients with acne scars admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultrapulsed CO2 fractional laser, and the observation group was treated with rh-bFGF combined with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement, scar condition and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 72.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The edema regression time, crusting time and erythema duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the VSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10, IL-17 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of rh-bFGF combined with ultrapulsed CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of acne scars is ideal, which can effectively regulate local inflammatory factors, improve scar conditions, and promote the disappearance of symptoms.
