To discuss the effect oftrauma center combined with multidisciplinary collaboration model in burn and plastic surgery nursing. Methods From May 2022 to May 2023, 90 burn patients admitted to Dongguan Houjie Hospital with trauma treatment center combined with multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment mode were selected as the observation group. From April 2021 to April 2022, 90 burn patients who received routine nursing and were treated by traditional medical mode in Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City were selected as the control group. The clinical indicators, quality of life, living ability and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The arrival time of emergency physicians, emergency examination time and emergency debridement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months of nursing and at the time of return visit (P <0.05). The Barthel index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 3 months of nursing and at the time of return visit(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.22%, which was lower than 11.11% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of trauma center combined with multidisciplinary collaboration model in burn and plastic surgery nursing can shorten the arrival time of emergency doctors, emergency examination time and emergency debridement time, reduce the incidence of related complications, improve the ability and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
