Abstract:To analyze the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in scar release of patients with facial and neck burn scar. Methods Seventy patients with facial and neck burn scar admitted to Xiling Hospital of Yichang Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comfort nursing. The scar repair time, granulation growth time, wound healing rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The scar repair time and granulation growth time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the wound healing rate was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of hand function, basic living ability, psychological state, sexual life, interpersonal relationship, heat sensitivity, body image, working condition and treatment compliance of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing has a high application value in patients with facial and neck burn scars, which can effectively shorten the scar repair time and granulation growth time, promote wound healing, and improve the quality of life of patients.
