Abstract:To analyze the effect of "sandwich structure" injection lifting in facial rejuvenation treatment. Methods A total of 86 patients with poor facial contour admitted to Shanghai Weikai Medical Beauty Clinic from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment schemes, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional hyaluronic acid for facial filling, and the observation group was treated with "sandwich structure" injection lifting, that was, the periosteal surface injection of polycaprolactone gel+subcutaneous injection of coagulated collagen+SMAS fascia layer embedding lifting for treatment. The clinical efficacy, facial contour score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 79.07% in the control group (P <0.05). The facial contour score of the two groups at 1 year after operation was higher than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.98%, which was lower than 41.86% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion "Sandwich structure" injection lifting is an ideal facial rejuvenation treatment method, which can effectively improve the poor facial contour, reduce facial wrinkles, optimize the shape of mandibular margin and nasolabial sulcus, and has high application safety.
