To explore the cosmetic effect of polycaprolactone gel for injection combined with chin injection filled with hyaluronic acid of micro plastic surgery in female maxillofacial contour remodeling. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent facial contour microplastic surgery in Tianjin Mylike Medical Beauty Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with chin injection filled with hyaluronic acid, and the observation group was treated with polycaprolactone gel for injection combined with chin injection filled with hyaluronic acid. The maxillofacial contour index, incidence of adverse reactions and plastic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative facial width, facial length, facial length, mandibular angle, facial width and length ratio of the two groups were improved compared with those before operation (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups at 6 months after operation (P >0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Polycaprolactone gel for injection combined with chin injection filled with hyaluronic acid has a good cosmetic effect in female maxillofacial contour remodeling, which can effectively improve the problems of female maxillofacial contour, with high safety, and patients are more satisfied with the plastic effect.
