Abstract:To study the clinical value of photoelectric combined with injection in the treatment of facial skin antiaging. Methods A total of 90 patients with facial skin aging admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with photoelectric therapy, and the observation group was treated with photoelectric combined with injection. The clinical efficacy, onset time, duration of action, adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%, which was higher than 88.89% in the control group (P <0.05). The onset time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the duration of action was longer than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44%, which was lower than 17.78% in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%, which was higher than 77.78% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of facial skin anti-aging, photoelectric combined with injection therapy can improve the clinical treatment effect. Meanwhile, it has the advantages of rapid onset, high safety and high satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
