To analyze the clinical effect of Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid combined with ebastine on chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Guta Town Central Health Center, Yuyang District, Yulin City from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ebastine alone, and the observation group was treated with Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid on the basis of the control group. TCM syndrome score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of dry mouth and thirst, upset and irritability, dry stool, hand-foot-heart heat, short urine and total score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of emotion, body state, living state, social outing, self-confidence, work and study, exercise, family life, interpersonal relationship and appearance anxiety in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid combined with ebastine is effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life. It is an effective method for the treatment of chronic urticaria.
