Abstract:To analyze the effect of nursing mode based on the theory of inventive problem solving on postoperative venous thrombosis related complications and incision aesthetics of parturients. Methods From April 2022 to January 2023, 89 parturients who underwent cesarean section in the Women's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University/Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital were randomly divided into control group (n =45) and observation group (n =44). The control group was given perioperative basic nursing, and the observation group was given nursing mode based on the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). The mastery of health knowledge, the occurrence of venous thrombosis-related complications and the aesthetics of cesarean section incision were compared between the two groups. Results The score of maternal health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of venous thrombosis-related complications in the observation group was 4.55%, which was lower than 44.44% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of cesarean section incision aesthetics in the observation group was 95.45 %, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For parturients who underwent cesarean section, the nursing mode based on the theory of invention problem solving can increase the mastery of cesarean section-related health knowledge, reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis-related complications, and improve the aesthetics of cesarean section incision healing.
