Abstract:To analyze the effect of integrated nursing mode on the thickness and aesthetics of incision scar in gynecological laparotomy patients. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent gynecological laparotomy from March 2022 to January 2023 in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as study subjects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group implemented perioperative nursing, and the observation group added the integrated nursing model. The width and thickness of incision scars, aesthetic appearance and compliance of incision scars were compared between the two groups. Results The width and thickness of scar in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scar aesthetics of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The integrated nursing mode can improve the perioperative compliance of gynecological laparotomy patients, improve the thickness and width of incision scar, and improve the aesthetics of incision.
