Abstract:To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative psychological status and prognosis satisfaction of patients with entropion correction. Methods A total of 56 patients who underwent entropion correction surgery in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 28 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given systematic nursing intervention. The psychological status, comfort score, prognosis satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The prognosis satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.43%, which was higher than 71.43% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.14%, which was lower than 35.71% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can improve the psychological status of patients with entropion correction, improve their comfort degree, reduce the risk of complications, and promote the improvement of prognosis satisfaction.
