    摘要:

    分析健康教育联合心理护理在皮肤瘙痒症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取自贡市第一人民 医院2022年1月-2023年1月收治的70例皮肤瘙痒患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察 组,每组35例,分别予以常规护理、健康教育+心理护理,比较两组心理状态及生活质量。结果 观察组护 理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组物质生活状态、心理功能、社 会功能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在皮肤瘙痒症患者中,健康 教育及心理护理的应用,可缓解或减轻患者的不良心理,改善其生活质量。

    Abstract:

    To analyze the application effect of health education combined with psychological nursing in patients with skin pruritus. Methods A total of 70 patients with skin pruritus admitted to Zigong First People's Hospital of from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. They were given routine nursing, health education + psychological nursing respectively. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of material life status, psychological function, social function and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with skin pruritus, health education and psychological nursing can alleviate or reduce the patient's bad psychology and improve their quality of life.
