Abstract:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. The negative emotions, nursing effects, clinical symptom scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the HAMD score and HAMA score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the number of wheals, itching symptoms and UAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of DLQI in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with chronic urticaria, help to improve their clinical symptoms, improve the nursing effect, and have positive significance for improving the quality of life of patients and promoting rehabilitation.
