Abstract:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with facial freckles treated with photorejuvenation instrument. Methods A total of 86 patients with facial freckles treated by photorejuvenation instrument admitted to Xinhui People's Hospital from August 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the disease recurrence rate, clinically relevant indicators, psychological state, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.33%, which was lower than 16.28% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scab time, scab off time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 81.40% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with facial freckles treated with photorejuvenation instrument is ideal, which can shorten the wound healing time, reduce the recurrence rate, improve the satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
