Orthodontics mainly include traditional fixed correction, self-ligating appliance, removable appliance, invisible correction technology and digital orthodontics. However, each correction method is different in terms of correction effect, comfort and patient cooperation. At present, there are few systematic comparative studies on different orthodontics from the aspects of effect, comfort and patient cooperation. Therefore, this paper summarizes the above five methods of orthodontics, in order to provide a systematic idea for the selection of orthodontics for different patients in clinic.
