Abstract:To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing in patients with hand burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 62 patients with hand burn and plastic surgery admitted to Ganquan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 31 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group added humanistic care nursing on this basis. The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%, which was higher than 77.42% of the control group (P <0.05). The treatment compliance of the observation group was 93.55%, which was higher than 74.19% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing in patients with hand burn and plastic surgery can improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients, which has great clinical application value.
