Abstract:To study the clinical effect of auricular cartilage combined with Medpor in nasal tip plastic surgery. Methods A total of 145 patients who underwent nasal tip plastic surgery from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group (80 patients) and control group (65 patients). The observation group was treated with auricular cartilage combined with Medpor for nasal tip plastic surgery, while the control group was treated with simple auricular cartilage for nasal tip plastic surgery. The plastic effect, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction of plastic surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 87.69% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0, which was lower than 13.85% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The plastic satisfaction of the observation group was 98.75%, which was higher than 84.62% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of auricular cartilage combined with Medpor in nasal tip plastic surgery is good, which can effectively improve the shape of nasal tip, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and patients have higher satisfaction with plastic surgery.
