Abstract:To explore the application effect of immediate implantation in the repair of class Ⅲ and class Ⅳ bone loss of the anterior teeth. Methods A total of 100 patients with single tooth loss admitted to Taihe Dental Clinic of Wenshan from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional implantation method, and the observation group was treated with immediate implantation restoration. The implant stability, treatment duration, clinical efficacy and aesthetic impact were compared between the two groups. Results The ISQ values of class Ⅲ and class Ⅳ bone loss of the implants in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The duration of treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 68.00% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the PES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in PES score between the two groups at 1 year after treatment (P >0.05). Conclusion Immediate implantation is effective in repairing class Ⅲ and class Ⅳ bone loss of the anterior teeth, which can effectively improve the stability of implants, shorten the duration of treatment, restore the beauty of teeth in the short term after treatment, and is worthy of clinical application.
