To analyze the effect of personalized nursing communication in skin laser cosmetic nursing. Methods A total of 105 patients who received skin laser cosmetology in the Department of Dermatology, the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group (n =52) and experimental group (n =53) by random number table method. The routine group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given personalized nursing communication on the basis of the routine group. The health knowledge awareness, compliance, mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The health knowledge awareness and compliance scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the routine group (P <0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of communication understanding, nursing staff attitude, smile service completion and overall medical experience in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of personalized nursing communication in skin laser cosmetic nursing is accurate, which can effectively improve the patient's health knowledge awareness and compliance, help to reduce the patient's anxiety and depression, and improve nursing satisfaction.
