Abstract:To explore the application effect of digital technology and modelling implant guide plate in oral implant restoration of patients with tooth loss. Methods A total of 100 patients with tooth loss who were treated in the Department of Stomatology of Xi'an Baoshihua Changqing Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional implant restoration technology, and the observation group was treated with digital technology combined with modelling implant guide plate. The clinical efficacy, implant position deviation, periodontal health index and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The values of implant position depth deviation, angle deviation, root deviation and top deviation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of GI, SBI, PLI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%, which was lower than 16.00% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion Digital technology combined with modelling implant guide plate technology is convenient to reduce implant deviation, which can effectively ensure the periodontal health level of patients with tooth loss. Meanwhile, the treatment effect and safety are high, which is worthy of clinical application.
