To observe the application effect of hyaluronic acid injection combined with polydioxanone thread carving lifting in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to Beauty and Dermatology Department of Beijing Hexin Medical Beauty Clinic from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with polydioxanone thread carving lifting, and the observation group was treated with injection of hyaluronic acid combined with polydioxanone thread carving lifting. The facial contour score, treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of nasolabial groove morphology, mandibular margin morphology and facial wrinkles in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 81.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Hyaluronic acid injection combined with polydioxanone thread carving lifting is effective in the treatment of facial rejuvenation, which can effectively improve the aging of facial contour, and the risk of common complications after treatment is lower.
