Abstract:To analyze the clinical efficacy of 694 nm Q-switch laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment in the treatment of naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus. Methods From January to June 2022, 60 patients with nevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus admitted to Qingyuan People's Hospital/the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 694 nm Q-switch laser+Beifuxin for external use, and the observation group was treated with 694 nm Q-switch laser+moist exposed burn ointment for external use. The clinical efficacy, pain and burning, postoperative recovery time and the incidence of pigmentation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P >0.05). The scores of local pain and burning in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative recovery time and incidence of pigmentation between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion 694 nm Q-switch combined with moist exposed burn ointment can effectively reduce the postoperative clinical symptoms of patients with naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus, which is worthy of clinical application.
