To investigate the application effect of orbital fascia tightening combined with orbicularis oculi muscle suspension in patients with eye bags. Methods From June 2022 to June 2023, 130 patients with eye bags admitted to the Outpatient Department of Changyi Xingfan Medical Beauty Clinic in Jilin City were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 65 patients in each group. The control group was treated with orbicularis oculi muscle suspension, and the observation group was treated with orbital fascia tightening combined with orbicularis oculi muscle suspension. The plastic effect, satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.92%, which was higher than 76.92% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of the observation group in achieving the expected effect, service attitude, doctor-patient communication, timely meeting the needs and business level were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of social function, physiological function, daily activity function and vitality before discharge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Orbital myofascial tightening and orbicularis suspension can effectively reduce the eye bag, improve the shape and contour of the eye, and the plastic effect is ideal. Meanwhile, the patient satisfaction is high, which is conducive to the realization of eye rejuvenation, thus improving the quality of life of patients.
