To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in eye plastic surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent eye plastic surgery in our hospital from June 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 79.07% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.65%, which was lower than 18.60% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention during eye plastic surgery can ensure the safety of surgery, reduce the impact of risk factors on postoperative recovery, and have higher patient satisfaction.
