Abstract:To explore the effect of preoperative and postoperative visits on patients with breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 72 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given perioperative nursing according to the nursing characteristics of breast cancer. The observation group was given preoperative and postoperative visits on the basis of the control group. The wound healing, scar condition and negative emotions were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of grade A wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade B and grade C wound healing was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The OSAS score and PSAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Preoperative and postoperative visits can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery, speed up the wound healing, improve the scar condition, and promote recovery.
