Abstract:To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with acute eczema and its influence on quality of life and incidence of complications. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute eczema diagnosed and treated in Gaozhuang Town Central Hospital of Yishui County from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group (n =30) and experimental group (n =30) by random number table method. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The quality of life, eczema condition, sleep quality, psychological status, complications and nursing effect were co mpared between the two groups. Results The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of EASI, PSQI, SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute eczema, improve sleep quality, relieve negative emotions, improve quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, as well as improve the overall nurs ing effect.
