To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in operation room in breast reconstruction with deep inferior epigastric perforator flap. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent breast reconstruction with deep inferior epigastric perforator flap in Plastic Surgery Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing in operating room, and the study group received high quality nursing in operating room. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing in the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 86.67% in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 83.33% of the reference group (P <0.05). The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing breast reconstruction with deep inferior epigastric perforator flap, high quality nursing in operating room can effectively improve nursing effect and nursing satisfaction, shorten hospitalization time and promote rapid recovery of patients.
