Abstract:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute urticaria during the treatment period. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute urticaria admitted to the 901st Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of PLA from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.33%, which was higher than 50.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a good auxiliary effect in patients with acute urticaria during the treatment period, which can improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications in the treatment process, and promote the early recovery of patients.
