Abstract:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing mode intervention for patients with skin defect scar after skin grafting. Methods A total of 66 patients with skin defect scars admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The changes of body temperature, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative body temperature of the two groups was lower than that before operation, but the postoperative body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%, which was lower than 15.15% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.97%, which was higher than 78.79% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing model, the comprehensive nursing model intervention for patients with skin defect scars undergoing skin grafting can effectively improve the patient's hypothermia, help patients maintain a constant body temperature, and have fewer postoperative adverse reactions and higher safety. Meanwhile, it can also improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing services and is conducive to promoting the patient's rehabilita tion process
