Abstract:To analyze the effect of structural skin care on the prevention of incontinence dermatitis in patients with aneurysms. Methods Thirty patients with aneurysms admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with structured skin care on the basis of the control group. The intensity of irritants, the time of skin exposure to irritants, the integrity of perineal skin, the degree of fungal infection, the recurrence and nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results The intensity of irritant, the time of skin exposure to irritant, the integrity of perineal skin and the degree of fungal infection in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 33.33%, which was lower than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 53.33% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Structural skin care has a definite preventive effect on incontinence dermatitis in patients with aneurysms, which is conducive to reducing the recurrence rate and promoting the recovery of patients, and has high clinical application value.
