    摘要:

    探究在银屑病患者中应用个性化健康教育联合心理护理的效果。方法 选择2022年6月-2023年 6月本院收治的50例银屑病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规护 理,观察组给予个性化健康教育联合心理护理,比较两组健康知识掌握度、心理状态及银屑病严重程度。 结果 观察组护理后知识、态度、行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理后 SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理第4、8、12周PASI评分均 低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 个性化健康教育联合心理护理在银屑病患者中的应用 效果确切,可有效提升患者对健康知识内容的掌握程度,改善其心理状态和病情,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    To study the effect ofindividualized health education andmental nursing in patients with psoriasis. Methods A total of 50 patients with psoriasis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given individualized health education combined with mental nursing. The mastery of health knowledge, mental state and severity of psoriasis were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The PASI scores of the observation group on the 4th, 8th and 12th week of nursing were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of individualized health education combined with mental nursing in patients with psoriasis is effective, which can effectively improve patients' mastery of health knowledge content, improve their mental state and condition, and is worthy of clinical application.
