    探究CO2点阵激光联合他克莫司治疗白癜风的效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年12月 我院收治的白癜风患者70例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组 采取单纯复方甘草酸苷片联合他克莫司治疗,观察组采取CO2点阵激光联合他克莫司治疗,比较两组 氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)]、Treg细 胞、相关细胞因子叉头框蛋白P3(Foxp3)、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后SOD、 GSH-Px、MDA、Treg细胞及Foxp3均优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于 对照组的82.86%(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率为17.14%,低于对照组的42.86%(P <0.05)。 结论 CO2点阵激光联合他克莫司治疗白癜风的效果肯定,可有效减轻应激损伤,改善免疫功能, 且安全性较高。

    Abstract:

    To explore the effect of CO2 fractional laser combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods A total of 70 patients with vitiligo admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with tacrolimus, and the observation group was treated with CO2 fractional laser combined with tacrolimus. The oxidative stress indexes [superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondialdehyde (MDA)], Treg cells, related cytokine forkhead box protein P3 (Foxp3), clinical effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, SOD, GSH-Px, MDA, Treg cells and Foxp3 in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 82.86% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 17.14%, which was lower than 42.86% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion CO2 fractional laser combined with tacrolimus is effective in the treatment of vitiligo, which can effectively reduce stress injury, improve immune function, and has high safety.
