    摘要:

    比较光疗法与免疫调节在白癜风治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取寿光市皮肤病防治站 2021年10月-2023年10月收治的130例白癜风患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察 组,每组65例。对照组采用免疫调节治疗,观察组采用光疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发 生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.38%,高于对照组的86.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观 察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 光疗法和免疫调节治疗白癜风均 可达到治疗目的,但光疗法效果更佳,且不良反应发生风险较低,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    To compare the application effect of phototherapy and immunoregulation in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods A total of 130 patients with vitiligo admitted to Shouguang Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Station from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 65 patients in each group. The control group was treated with immunomodulatory therapy, and the observation group was treated with phototherapy. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.38%, which was higher than 86.15% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Both phototherapy and immunomodulation can achieve the purpose of treatment for vitiligo, but phototherapy has better effect and lower risk of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
