Abstract:To analyze the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency combined with Q-switched laser in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 100 patients with chloasma admitted to Gongzhuling Huaide Oriental Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random odd and even number lottery method, the odd number was set as the control group, and the even number was set as the study group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Q-switched laser, and the study group was treated with radiofrequency therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, melasma area and severity index score (MASI), aesthetic satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The two groups had lower MASI score after treatment that before treatment, and the study group had lower MASI score than that of the control group (P <0.05). The study group had higher aesthetic satisfaction score than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency combined with Q-switched laser is effective in the treatment of chloasma, which can accelerate the regression of chloasma and ensure the safety.
