Abstract:To investigate the application effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with hyaluronidase in induration reaction after facial injection plastic surgery. Methods From October 1,2020 to June 30,2022, 83 patients with induration reaction after facial injection and plastic surgery in Xi'an Yueta Jiexika Medical Beauty Clinic were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group (39 patients) and treatment group (44 patients). The control group was treated with local injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection, and the treatment group was treated with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with hyaluronidase. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.73%, which was higher than 82.05% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of induration size, induration hardness and induration convexity in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 6 months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 4.55%, which was lower than 23.08% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For the induration reaction after facial injection plastic surgery, triamcinolone acetonide combined with hyaluronidase can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the therapeutic effect, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
