Abstract:To explore the application value of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intensive pulsed light therapy in the treatment of patients with chloasma. Methods From September 2022 to September 2023,80 patients with chloasma admitted to Beijing Blooming Research Plastic Medical Cosmetic Clinic were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with intensive pulsed light therapy, and the observation group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, skin image score and physiological parameters were compared between the two groups. Results The skin lesion color score, skin lesion area score and MASI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of pores, stains, texture and pigmentation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The degree of cheek transcutaneous water loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the surface oil content and stratum corneum water content were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Intensive pulsed light therapy combined with supramolecular salicylic acid is effective in the treatment of chloasma, which can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients, but also improve the skin condition, thus improving the overall aesthetics.
