Abstract:To analyze the effect of low frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with manual massage in the repair of postpartum pregnancy striae. Methods From January 2022 to February 2023, 60 patients who underwent striae gravidarum repair in Huanghua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with simple manual massage, and the observation group was treated with low frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with manual massage. The repair effect, abdominal aesthetics, adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of repair in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the abdominal aesthetics score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment (P >0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The application of low frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with manual massage in the repair of postpartum striae gravidarum has a good effect, which can effectively improve the repair effect and abdominal aesthetics, and the incidence of recurrence and adverse reactions rate are low. The application is effective and safe.
