To investigate the effect of Longzhu ointment combined with Q-switched 532 nm laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with seborrheic keratosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Q-switched 532 nm laser, and the observation group was treated with Longzhu ointment combined with Q-switched 532 nm laser. The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of emotion, body state, living state, social outing, selfconfidence, work and study, exercise, family life, interpersonal relationship and appearance anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Longzhu ointment combined with Q-switched 532 nm laser is effective in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis, which can promote the regression of skin lesions and improve the quality of life of patients.
