    摘要:

    探讨综合教学模式即临床路径联合基于问题式学习教学模式在口腔专科护士模型制取规范 化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2022年4月我院在职规培护士50名,随机分为对照组和试验 组,各25名。对照组采取传统临床教学方法,试验组采取综合教学模式,比较两组综合能力成绩、制取 模型操作时长、制取印模质量、患者满意度、岗位胜任力。结果 试验组综合能力各项目成绩、制取模 型培训质量各项评分及岗位胜任力评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组制取模型操作时长短于对照 组(P <0.05);试验组患者总满意率为92.00%,高于对照组的40.00%(P <0.05)。结论 综合教学模式可 以提高口腔专科护士模型制取的质量及患者满意度,有利于提升口腔专科护士专业技能及岗位胜任力。

    Abstract:

    To explore the application effect of comprehensive teaching mode (clinical pathway combined with problembased learning teaching mode) in the standardized training of model preparation of dental specialist nurses. Methods From April 2021 to April 2022, 50 nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 25 nurses in each group. The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the comprehensive teaching mode. The comprehensive ability scores, model operation time, impression quality, patient satisfaction and post competency of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of comprehensive ability, model training quality and post competency in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The operation time of the model in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 92.00%, which was higher than 40.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive teaching mode can improve the quality of oral specialist nurse model preparation and patient satisfaction, which is conducive to improving the professional skills and post competency of oral specialist nurses.
