Abstract:To explore the application effect of comprehensive teaching mode (clinical pathway combined with problembased learning teaching mode) in the standardized training of model preparation of dental specialist nurses. Methods From April 2021 to April 2022, 50 nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 25 nurses in each group. The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the comprehensive teaching mode. The comprehensive ability scores, model operation time, impression quality, patient satisfaction and post competency of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of comprehensive ability, model training quality and post competency in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The operation time of the model in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 92.00%, which was higher than 40.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive teaching mode can improve the quality of oral specialist nurse model preparation and patient satisfaction, which is conducive to improving the professional skills and post competency of oral specialist nurses.
