To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative psychological status and prognosis satisfaction of patients with entropion correction. Methods A total of 74 patients with upper eyelid entropion who underwent entropion correction in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 37 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given systematic nursing on the basis of the control group. The psychological status, comfort and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of psychology, physiology, social culture and environmental comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing can improve the psychological status of patients with upper eyelid entropion and improve their comfort and aesthetics degree, which is worthy of clinical application.
